We are an independent, micro-publishing company. Our mission is to assist authors who are writing about homesteading, animal husbandry, and agriculture topics. We want to help you get your books printed!

After publishing seven books using both traditional and self-publishing, I became aware of the gaps in how books are created. I set out to break the molds and create a different type of solution, centered on the success of the author and helping them put their voice into the market.

Being a published author doesn’t have to follow the traditional publishing models and you do not need to be lured into a vanity press option. Working with Sawdust Publishing will give you a chance to create multiple streams of income for your household. Being a published author often opens doors to future publications with any avenue you choose. We do not have an exclusivity clause in our contracts, because you should be in charge of your own path to success.

Writing a book takes an enormous amount of time, energy, and often tears. The reward of holding that brand-new printed book in your hands is hard to describe.
